About Pyxus

Mr. Sikkel has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2013, having previously served as President from December 2010 through February 2013, as Executive Vice President – Business Strategy and Relationship Management from May 2007 to December 2010, and as Regional Director of Asia from May 2005 through April 2007. Mr. Sikkel has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 2011, and served as Chairman of the Board from August 2018 to February 2020.

Mr. Sikkel joined the Company in 1983 and held various positions in South Korea, Philippines and Thailand before becoming Country Manager of China, serving from 1991 until 1999 when he was appointed Regional Director of Asia.

Mr. Burmeister has served as Pyxus’ Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Offer since September 2023. In his role, he leads the Company’s operations, quality and output, with oversight of regional director positions, and the global agronomy department and value-added agricultural products division.

Previously, Mr. Burmeister served as the Company’s Regional Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa from September 2020 through September 2023; Regional Director of Europe from September 2015 through September 2020; Managing Director of Bulgaria from October 2010 through September 2015; and has served in various other roles with the Company since first joining in 1996.

Mr. Styons has served as Pyxus’ Executive Vice President, Business Strategy & Sales since September 2023 and is acting as the Company's interim Chief Financial Officer. In his role, he is responsible for leading the Company’s business-to-business strategy and business relationship management. Prior to joining the Company’s leadership team, he served as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Business Development from September 2020 through June 2023 as well as Regional Financial Director for the Company’s North & Central American regions from February 2017 through September 2020. He brings considerable experience to his current role, having served in various finance roles with the Company since first joining in 2005.

Ms. Purvis has served as Pyxus’ Executive Vice President, Global Business & Information Services since September 2023, and has overseen the Company’s Business Services function since September 2018. She is responsible for leading the Company's global business services, global information systems and technology, data management and visualization strategy, IT governance and cyber security.

Ms. Purvis served as Vice President, Global Information Services from January 2011 through September 2018; Vice President, Chief Application Architect from April 2009 through December 2010; and Vice President, Chief Technology Officer from May 2005 through March 2009 and has served in various other roles since joining the Company in 1990.

Ms. Goncalves began serving as Pyxus’ Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2023. She is responsible for developing and implementing global HR strategy and supporting all aspects of the Company’s strategic priorities.

Ms. Goncalves has an extensive background in global human resources, talent management and organizational transformation. Prior to joining the Company, she served as Global HR Head at Red Hat, an IBM subsidiary headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has also held various positions with multinational companies, including Ernst & Young from 2000 to 2004, Hamburg Süd from 2004 to 2007 and BASF from 2007 to 2021.

Mr. Singer began serving as Pyxus’ Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary in August 2024, having previously served in positions of increasing responsibility within Pyxus’ Legal Department from August 2018 to May 2022, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for leading the Company’s global legal and compliance functions.

Prior to re-joining the Company, Mr. Singer served as Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel with Kymera International from May 2022 to August 2024, and has also held senior in-house counsel positions with various other companies. Prior to his in-house career, Mr. Singer was in private practice at law firms in Buffalo, New York, and Washington D.C.

Ms. Kinney began serving as Pyxus’ Senior Vice President, Global Head of Corporate Affairs & Impact since January 2025, having previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Global Communications & Sustainability, from July 2023 through December 2024. She is responsible for leading Pyxus’ Global Corporate Affairs Department, which includes oversight of the business’ internal and external communications, crisis and reputation management, external and government affairs, sustainability-focused stakeholder engagement – internally and externally – and sustainability reporting and disclosure processes.

With a passion for improving farmer livelihood, Ms. Kinney has extensive experience in agricultural communications and policy. Throughout her career, she has led communications strategies and campaigns for numerous trade associations representing various sectors of the agricultural value chain — farm to table.

Mr. O’Quinn began serving as Senior Vice President, Special Projects in August 2024, having previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since April 2011. He previously held the roles of Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Secretary from January 2011 through March 2011, and Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from August 2005 through December 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. O’Quinn was engaged in the private practice of law, including eight years as a partner with a law firm in Wilson, North Carolina.
